We believe that the basis of our work relies on partnership between local correspondents in need and us. So we work together with local universities, laboratories or schools with the aim to provide equipment for the training of local students and laboratory technicians as well as helping research laboratories. In the future, we would like to follow up the equipment transfer with on-site training.
We are currently expanding our collaborations with donating institutions for collecting scientific equipments as well as for refurbishment, packing and storage. This means establishing a larger and more convenient database as well as administrative tracking systems
We have been able to run 32 projects over the last 14 years (2003-2017) which represents 28 tons of equipments that where supposed to be discarded. The projects were mainly split between Europe and Africa, although most of the equipment has been sent to Africa.
